Happy New Year and congratulations on surviving the holidays! This is the time we start things anew and resolve to make this year a better one than last.
New Year’s resolutions are one of the techniques we use to better our lives. Sadly, they are easier to make than keep, and usually fall by the wayside pretty quickly. For several years I have worked out regularly at a gym. It’s the same every year – January brings a host of new people. They throng into the exercise classrooms, use the equipment, walk or run the track, all gung-ho. By the middle of February, most of them are gone and things settle back to the former status quo.
