The welcoming voice on the phone or face you see when you come into our Quail Creek Self Storage office belongs to our manager, Bob Chapman.
Bob is a life-long resident of the area, having spent all his life in Moore, OK. After graduation from Moore High School, Bob joined UPS, where he worked for 24 years – first as a helper, then a delivery driver, then a driver of the 18-wheeler delivery vans.
After leaving UPS, he worked at Hertz Corporation for four years in quality control.
Along the way, he married his wife Susan and had four children: Jennifer who lives in Canada, and Michele, David, and Casey who all live in Oklahoma City. In total, there are six grandchildren, including three-year-old Ruby whom you might have seen in Bob’s office, as she loves to visit “Pops.”
Bob’s first experience with self storage came in 2009 when he moved to Joplin, MO and worked for a self storage business there. In 2011, a tornado destroyed the company, along with most of Joplin. At that time, Bob moved back to Moore.
He joined Quail Creek Self Storage in 2015 as manager, and we hope he stays many more years. He is dependable, friendly, and easy to work with. He is well-versed in solving your storage problems, and will help you pick the size that best suits your needs. Our 5 x 5 units start as low as $39 a month, and we offer units as large as 10 x 30 or even 10 x 40 for large items, including cars.
We are open Monday through Friday 9:30-5:30 and Saturday 10:00-2:00. Or Bob will meet you outside of office hours by appointment. You can call or text him any time at 405 749-4613 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you rent your unit, you will have your personal security code which allows you to access your unit 24/7. We have security cameras and lights as well as on-site personnel to safeguard your valuables.
We are conveniently located at 3030 West Memorial, on the south side, just west of the Shoppes at Quail Springs Shopping Center on May Avenue. Our entrance is on Hollow Rock Road, allowing you access from the Quail Creek neighborhood, so you can bypass the Memorial Road traffic.
